Condom sizes are of different lengths and widths, and different manufacturers produce varying sizes. Condom sizes are important for safe sex and condom sizes and shapes should be chosen well to enjoy complete protection.
There is no standard length for condoms, though those made from natural rubber will in addition always stretch if necessary to fit the length of the man's erect penis.
The width of a condom can also vary. Some condoms have a slightly smaller width to give a "closer" fit, whereas others will be slightly larger. Condom makers have realised that different lengths and widths are needed and are increasingly broadening their range of sizes. The brand names will be different in each country, so you will need to do your own investigation of different names. There is no particular best brand of condom.
People ask about condom sizes. It's not like buying a trouser. There generally are three sizes available and size differences are subtle. For example, LifeStyles Ultra Sensitive is a standard condom size. The LifeStyles Form Fit condom is contoured to provide a snugger fit for those who prefer it. There is also a Mega condom which is just 2 mm larger than the standard size. But sorry, guys, they don't get bigger than this, despite what you claim to need.
Manufacturers make condoms of various condom sizes and condom shapes to suit everyone.
If the condom size is too big - it may slip off or become damaged during intercourse. If it is too small - it will be uncomfortable, and could split.
If the condom size is small and not long enough to cover the whole penis - the collar of the condom may roll up or the condom could be be pulled off during intercourse.
Measuring the penis for perfect condom sizes.
Length
The length is typically measured with the subject standing and the penis held parallel to the floor. The penis is measured along the top, from the base to the tip. Results are less accurate if the measurement is taken along the underside of the penis, or if the subject is seated or prone.
Circumference
Penis circumference or girth is measured by using a plastic tape measure while the penis is completely erect. It is variously quoted as an average of three measurements: just below the glans penis, in the middle of the shaft, and at the base.
Problems
A penis must be completely erect in order to obtain an accurate measurement for the right consom size. This may be difficult to achieve in a clinical setting. At least one Brazilian doctor resorted to injecting penises with drugs to induce erection, which gave more consistent results. Some clinicians measure the penis by stretching the flaccid penis as far as comfortably possible.
Self-reported measurements tend to be unreliable because men often want to report that their penis is larger than others.
Wearing a poorly fitted condom can greatly diminish the satisfaction of your sex. Condoms that are too small can suffocate your penis and cause pain or discomfort. Luckily, condom manufacturers are finally making a large selection of larger sized condoms designed for men of stature.

Choosing the right size condom is extremely important. Condoms that are too big can slide off easily, spilling sperm everywhere. To combat this problem manufacturers make smaller sized condoms for less endowed guys.
