Condom Protection's continued commitment to the customer sets us apart from other online stores. We offer the best security for online credit card orders. Information is collected and stored securely in compliance with the highest payments industry security standards. Our commitment to security includes being Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard certified and a guarantee that all personal information is kept in complete confidence. We use SSL - Secure Sockets Layer protocol for the highest level of encryption available. To date we have not had one case of fraudulent use or theft of credit card information from our corporation. Our database is also kept on a stand alone non-networked server for security reasons.You can rest assured when placing orders with us. 

Shipping Info

All orders received by 3pm (est) Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day order is received.  Any products which are out of stock will be back ordered at no extra cost to the customer. All orders are shipped by US mail unless specified otherwise.

Discreet Shipping
Orders are packaged in discrete plain envelopes or boxes.  The Condom Protection name will not appear on the outside of your package. All customer information is private, we will not sell, trade or make public our mailing lists with anyone.

Fees
Our regular shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service. First Class/Priority shipping to the U.S. and Canada. We ship First Class on all orders under 12 ounces and Priority on all orders above 12 ounces (about $20.00 worth of products) in weight.

• 7-10 day (on average) First Class shipping to anywhere in the US is $3.60 FREE Order as much as you want, we'll ship it to you for $3.60 FREE
• 2-3 day Priority Service is available for $5.75. Order as much as you want, you'll receive it in 2-3 days in most cases (this is not a guarantee).
• Next Day Air Service is available for $18.50 order as much as you want, we'll ship it to you Express Overnight for $18.50

International Orders
Condom Protection will ship your order worldwide. Overseas orders are shipped via small package air mail for $15.00. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Condom Protection reserves the right to increase the $15.00 fee for larger or heavier international orders. PLEASE NOTE, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CARDHOLDERS CREDIT CARD ADDRESS. We will not process International orders with different bill to and ship to addresses.

Know the LAW
It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult merchandise. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country. Nor will we be responsible for Duty fees or Customs fees.
