Return Policy
If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order to us within 30 Days for a store credit. The credit will be for the original purchase price minus any shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not issue cash or credit card refunds due to fraud protection policies.

We respond to your request with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for the return of your order. We are unable to accept returns without an issued RA# number clearly marked on the outside of your package.

We can not issue store credit for Custom Printed condoms or Wholesale Purchases (cases of 1000 condoms or more) All sales are final. Returned products are never re-sold or put back into inventory. All condom returns are destroyed due to liability issues and it is for this reason we can not issue credit for wholesale returns. Wholesale boxes are sealed with security tape and once opened the products can not be returned.
